Mushukistan Child Safety Standards

Mushukistan is a social map and community app for street-cat observations, comments, lost-pet posts, and adoption posts. Mushukistan has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Child Safety Standards

Mushukistan prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation and any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users may not use Mushukistan to create, upload, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Reporting

Users can report potentially violating user-generated content using the in-app reporting functionality.

Observation posts

  1. Open the post.
  2. Tap Report.
  3. Select a reason, including Child safety / exploitation when applicable.
  4. Submit the report.
  5. Mushukistan shows an in-app confirmation when the report is submitted.

Comments

  1. Open the post comments.
  2. Tap the report flag on the comment.
  3. Select a reason, including Child safety / exploitation when applicable.
  4. Submit the report.
  5. Mushukistan shows an in-app confirmation when the report is submitted.

Lost-pet and adoption posts

  1. Open the lost-pet or adoption post.
  2. Tap Report.
  3. Select a reason, including Child safety / exploitation when applicable.
  4. Submit the report.
  5. Mushukistan shows an in-app confirmation when the report is submitted.

Reports are submitted inside the app and enter the existing moderation review queue. Users do not need to open an external website or send email to submit an in-app report.

Enforcement

Mushukistan reviews reports and may remove violating content and restrict or terminate accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations.

Confirmed illegal child-safety material will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including reporting to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

Жалобы отправляются внутри приложения и поступают в существующую очередь модерации. Пользователям не нужно открывать внешний сайт или отправлять email, чтобы подать жалобу в приложении.

Меры реагирования

Mushukistan рассматривает жалобы и может удалять нарушающий контент, а также ограничивать или прекращать действие аккаунтов, ответственных за серьезные или повторные нарушения.

Подтвержденные незаконные материалы, связанные с безопасностью детей, будут обрабатываться в соответствии с применимыми законами, включая сообщение соответствующим органам там, где это требуется законом.
